Recent changes in the business climate have had an adverse effect on many companies including Pulsar. In early January 2009 we came to the realization that in order to remain competitive, we would have to modify the way that Pulsar Video Productions does business. In order to overcome some of the challenges of this economy, tax and business requirements, increased overhead costs and changing market demands, we decided to reevaluate our entire operating plan. After careful consideration, we have made the following adjustments to the way that we do business:
- We have changed our corporate structure in a way that allows us to spend less time on internal business issues and more time on customer care.
- We have moved to ‘The Studio Center’. This new location is centrally located, contains excellent parking, audio and video support services and a full sound stage complete with ‘Green Screen’ capabilities.
- We have upgraded our equipment inventory to include digital capabilities. This enhancement allows us to provide significantly improved quality.
- We have adjusted both our production and duplication prices to help us maintain our competitive edge.
- We have expanded our ‘Multi Camera Production’ packages to include additional copies of the final edited product.
In the final analysis, Pulsar has emerged with higher quality, lower prices and expanded production capabilities, while maintaining our historically outstanding customer care. I personally guarantee that you will be pleased with the changes that we have made. We have even gone back to our original motto, “Our Job Is To Make You Look Good”.
